Dr. Condoa Parrent has over 30 years of experience in higher education, serving in various roles as Director of Admissions and Registrar, supervising areas of Financial Aid. Advising, Counseling, Athletics, Food Services, Residence and Student Life, Transfer and Career services, and Student Disability services. Dr. Parrent, a first-generation college student, entered higher education as a single mother after receiving her GED at the age of 26 and is a firm believer that an education changes lives as evident in her own. In addition to her role as a college administrator, she also teaches in the higher education graduate program for Purdue University Global since 2009. Her motto: It only take one person to change a life - be someone's 1 person!
Ronda Isaacs has almost 20 years of experience in higher education. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success and Advising for the Northeast Campus of Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas. In previous roles, she served as the Director of Career Services.
Ronda has a bachelor’s degree in Counseling Services for the Deaf along with a master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and is a first-generation college student. In addition to having the CCSP credential, she is an FCD Instructor and a Master Trainer.
Ronda believes that her ‘why’ is helping others discover their why!
